Meet the team!
Gary Gould and Jackie Trelease have worked together since 1995 and the success of their business is based on providing business support, not just accountancy skills. As Gary says “I believe your accountant is the person you should call with any business related questions as they either have the practical experience and theoretical knowledge themselves or know someone who can help.” Gary and Jackie have a range of complementary skills with Gary’s corporate and technology experience alongside Jackie’s banking background. “We support each other and often talk through any problems we have, whether it‘s an issue with the tax office, VAT or just simply talking through our thoughts on a client’s challenge,” explains Jackie. Gary’s expertise in computer accounting systems means that whether your system operates on Sage, QuickBooks or one of the many other accounting software programs, he can understand it – and can also advise you on a system that will work for your business. He’s been in the accountancy profession for 30 years so he’s seen more than a few sets of business accounts! As an avid networker, Gary is a believer in the power of networking as a very effective marketing tool and is always happy to help his clients use this to grow their businesses. Jackie’s 10 years of banking and 15 years in accountancy have given her a sound grounding and experience with businesses from sole traders right up to multi-million pound organisations. You’ll be in good hands!
